Welcome to American Museum & Gardens
Bath, Wednesday 8th May 2024
Join Taste of Design at the American Museum & Gardens in Bath set on 125 acres of green, rolling topography, with breathtaking views over the Cotswolds.
Positioned in a gorgeous setting, the American Museum and Gardens was created by an Anglo-American couple, Dallas Pratt and John Judkyn, and opened to the public in 1961 with the ambition to showcase American decorative arts and dispel stereotypes of American culture.
The estate is composed of a museum in the Grade I listed building, an exhibition gallery showcasing links to American culture and beautiful gardens representing some of the the most iconic movements in Amercian landscape design.
