Welcome to Penshurst Place

Kent, Wednesday 14th May 2025

Join Taste of Design 2025 at Penshurst Place – a 14th century Manor House and its Gardens.

The House, once the property of King Henry VIII, was left to his son King Edward VI and granted to my forebear Sir William Sidney in 1552.

The Sidney family have been in continuous occupation for more than 470 years since. The family is proud that it is still a family home and all who live and work here welcome visitors to discover the charm of Penshurst in the State Rooms, Gardens, Parkland and beyond.
