The Spring/Summer 2016 collection from Dedar is a culmination of extensive research into the textile world and its countless forms of expression. This research has resulted in a collection of fabrics that is both aesthetically beautiful and functional.
The sartorial world is one of the main influences for the new collection – Dedar has taken fabrics such as moleskin, bourette silk and twill, most commonly found in the fashion industry and reinterpreted these for the home. 2016 also features a large range of new patterns. These fabrics celebrate freedom of expression and include printed and embroidered geometric motifs, figurative designs, abstract florals, and even pigmented metallic prints. In addition, there is a new collection of tactile, fire-retardant fabrics made from yarns specifically created for Dedar as well as soft-knit, washable, non-allergic and non-toxic outdoor fabrics that add a touch of practical luxury to your home.
Dedar once again participates in Taste of Design 2016.
